NSERC is holding a community engagement session on Memorial's St. John's Campus on July 7.
NSERC Community Engagement Visits 2016

NSERC has begun its fourth annual round of community engagement visits so researchers, students and other stakeholders can connect with them to learn more about recent developments on NSERC 2020 and get the latest program and policy updates.

These visits also offer a platform for the community to ask questions and seek direct information from some of NSERC’s grants, scholarships and partnerships experts.

Some of the topics that NSERC plans to discuss during this round include:

  • Highlights from Federal Budget 2016
  • Updates on progress of the five goals of NSERC 2020
  • Program updates on Strategic Partnerships, Discovery Grants and scholarships

Members of the university community are invited to attend the following session:

Date: Thursday, July 7

 Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Location: IIC-2001, Innovation Hall, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation, St. John’s Campus

Participants are asked to RSVP through Connect with NSERC by Monday, July 4 so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Thank you in advance for your interest and we look forward to meeting with you.
