AI Literacy for the Real World
Make informed decisions about GenAI outside of the classroom by sharpening your critical AI literacy skills. This human-centered, approachable overview of current GenAI tools will explore their strengths and limitations, key ethical issues surrounding their use, and best practices for evaluating when and how to engage with them responsibly in our everyday and working lives.
Chelsea Humphries is the Public Services Librarian at the Grenfell Campus, and she currently chairs the Memorial Libraries AI Strategic Project Team. She frequently teaches information literacy and AI literacy in her library guest lectures in all disciplines.
