Taking Control of Change & Uncertainty
Change and uncertainty are a normal part of work and life, but they can also create stress, feelings of being overwhelmed and emotional fatigue. This interactive workshop explores how uncertainty impacts our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and wellbeing, while introducing practical strategies to help participants respond more resiliently.
Through reflection, discussion and practical activities, participants will learn how to identify what is draining their energy, reframe challenges using the Circles framework and focus their energy on areas where they have greater agency and impact.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand resilience as the ability to adapt well during periods of change and uncertainty.
- Identify key sources of stress or energy drain affecting them personally and professionally.
- Distinguish between what they can control, influence and let go of to reduce overwhelm.
- Commit to one small, practical action that supports resilience and well-being in everyday life.
