Network Maintenance – Nuclear and Molecular Medicine 1st and 2nd floors Sunday 19th July 2026
The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) advises on network maintenance impacting the Nuclear and Molecular Medicine building 1st and 2nd floors. Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. there will be maintenance impacting wired wall plates beginning with “MM1.1-“ and “MM2.1-“. During this time there will be prolonged network outages to wired and wireless in the areas, including VoIP telephony. Connectivity will return automatically after the work is completed. The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) advises on network maintenance impacting the Faculty of Medicine building 3rd floor, and the Nuclear and Molecular Medicine building 3rd floor. Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. there will be maintenance impacting wired wall plates beginning with “ME3.1-“ and “MM3.1-“ and MUN wireless on the 3rd floor of FoM. During this time there will be prolonged network outages to wired and wireless in the areas, including VoIP telephony. Connectivity will return automatically after the work is completed. You may see a message in Google Workspace (shown below) about transferring your content after graduation. It says, "Graduating soon? Keep all your emails and other files after you graduate”.
This message is generated by Google and is not controlled by the university.

Clicking the “Graduating Soon” notice in Gmail will safely open a prompt designed to help you back up your files and migrate your school data. It will not delete your account. The tool simply provides options to transfer your emails, photos, and Google Drive files to a personal account.
