The M.A. and Ph.D. programs in Ethnomusicology at Memorial University offer nationally distinctive and regionally unique opportunities for students interested in researching music as a cultural practice. Dr. Meghan Forsyth will discuss the application process and funding opportunities for Memorial University's Ethnomusicology programs. Current Ph.D. student Ulises Figueroa will describe his experiences as a student living and studying in St. John's, NL. Attendees will have an opportunity at the end of the session to ask questions.
