The Bachelor of Music is a four-year degree program that prepares students for a wide range of careers within the music industry and beyond, while also providing a strong foundation for further study in a variety of disciplines including law, medicine, business, and the humanities. Students in the Bachelor of Music program typically complete two years of general music study before selecting a major at the end of the second year. All undergraduate students, regardless of major, get four years of private lessons on their instrument or voice.

The joint degrees of Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Bachelor of Commerce is a five-year program offered jointly with the Faculty of Business Administration. The joint degrees program is designed to provide a comprehensive education in both music and business. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded two degrees: a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Commerce.
