Memorial Email
Memorial provides email services to support teaching, learning, research and university operations. Official University Email Accounts are governed by the Information Management and Official University Email Accounts for Students policies and are provided based on an individual's relationship with the university.
Email services
Memorial currently provides two email platforms:
Students: Gmail (Google Workspace)
Students are provided with a Memorial email account through Google Workspace, which includes Gmail and other Google services used to support academic activities.

Employees: Microsoft 365 Outlook
Faculty and staff are provided with email through Microsoft 365 Outlook, which is integrated with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 services used for university business.
