Memorial's annual employee and retiree BBQ
Be sure to attend this year’s annual employee and retiree barbeque on Thursday, Aug. 25 from 2 - 4:30 p.m. in the Macpherson Quad (in the event of rain the event will be moved to R. Gushue Hall).
Please bring along a cash donation or non-perishable food item in support of the Campus Food Bank and receive a ballot for a chance to win a door prize. 50/50 tickets will also be sold at the event with proceeds going in support of this cause.
Dan Dillon and Friends will be providing live music throughout the event and Sammy SeaHawk will drop by for a visit. Memorial celebrities will be on hand to serve up hot dogs, hamburgers, mussels and bologna. Cold beverages and cake will also be available. This year's emcees are Chris Layte and Katie Ward from the Department of Human Resources. Please note, in the spirit of responsibility a cash bar will not be present.
