Flu shot clinic
Again this year the Department of Human Resources is partnering with Student Health to offer free flu shot clinics for current employees and retirees.
The first flu shot clinics will be held on Friday, Nov. 6 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 1 – 3 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 13 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 1 – 3 p.m. in the Alexander Murray Building (Earth Sciences) room ER-4065. Employees and retirees interested in availing of the flu shot clinic at Memorial are required to make an appointment using the on-line registration form at http://www.mun.ca/hr/flushot/registration/.
Plans are being made for additional flu shot clinic dates and locations including dedicated clinics at Marine Institute and the Ocean Science Centre.
Employees and retirees receiving the flu shot are required to bring their MCP number and expiry date. In addition, they will need to sign a Consent for Treatment form on-site.
