Neurodiversity at Work: Creating Pathways to Success
We are hosting a training series with Autism@Work, led by Sherri Tucker. The session is an engaging one-hour conversation exploring neurodiversity through both the employee and employer lens. Whether someone is preparing to enter the workforce, navigating their own career, supporting colleagues, or leading a team, the session offers practical strategies for creating more accessible, neuro-inclusive workplaces. It covers strengths-based approaches to employment, common barriers neurodivergent people may experience throughout the employment journey, and practical ways employees and employers can support communication, inclusion and success at work.
