DEIA work continues to evolve alongside changing communities, workplaces and social realities, asking practitioners to navigate complexity and uncertainty. This session explores the difference between technical and adaptive challenges, applies an Adaptive Equity Cycle to real-world situations, and helps participants build a practical plan for sustaining momentum and accountability.
