Bargaining unit positions (both permanent and contractual), are open to only bargaining unit members from the appropriate union (eg. CUPE members for CUPE positions). If no qualified applicants are found within the bargaining unit, all other staff applicants are eligible for consideration.

Only staff members are eligible for consideration during internal recruitment for permanent and contractual non-bargaining unit positions.
