Memorial has recently reviewed its compensation for a number of grade levels. Below are links to the new grade levels and the associated salary scale.
Our defined benefit pension plan is one of the more competitive benefits offered by Memorial and is greatly valued by our current employees while at the same time being an attractive incentive for new employees. We acknowledge that the value of a total compensation package (i.e. cash compensation, pension plans, benefits, and health & wellness initiatives) is sometimes difficult to quantify, but it is important for Memorial’s HR staff and unit administrators to work together to communicate the value of total compensation in a meaningful way to staff.
