Email Migration to Microsoft 365
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen cybersecurity and enhance services at Memorial, the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has been migrating email accounts from on-premise mail services to the Microsoft 365 cloud platform.
Recently, some accounts were migrated earlier than planned, and as a result, the usual advance communication was not sent. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to assure you that we are here to support you.
What this means for affected clients:
- You can access your Microsoft 365 mailbox by visiting https://outlook.office.com and logging in with your mun.ca credentials.

Extended Support Hours:
To better assist you, we have extended our Service Desk hours this weekend:
- Saturday, November 22 – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
