On Monday May 29, 2023, starting at 10:30 PM, ITS will be updating phone sets in the 864- exchange. This update will cause each phone to do a short reset but will not interrupt any in-progress calls. This change is necessary to complete the transition of Memorial’s telephone system to 10-digit dialing.
