The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will be implementing an update to Memorial University’s Exchange environment Monday, October 6th at 4 pm. This change is expected to be non-disruptive to end users.

During the change window, users who have Outlook client open may briefly see an Autodiscover dialog box.

If prompted by Autodiscover, users are advised to click “Allow”.

If a username and password prompt appears, users should not enter their credentials. Instead, they are encouraged to close Outlook and restart the application.
