How do I remove or forget a wi-fi network?

Windows 

  • Select Start menu in your taskbar at the bottom left of your screen. 
  • Go to Settings and then Network & Internet. 
  • Select Wi-Fi on the left menu, then select Manage known networks. 
  • Select the network you want to remove, then click Forget. 
  • Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password. 

iOS 

  • Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi. 
  • Tap the information (i) icon to the right of the network you want to remove. 
  • Tap Forget This Network. 
  • Tap Forget to confirm. 
  • Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password. 

Android 

  • Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi. 
  • Tap and hold the network you want to remove, then select Forget network. 
  • Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password.
