Life with COVID-19 in NL

As we face a new variant of COVID-19, this is a stressful, uncertain time for all of us.

There are many resources available to help.

See up-to-date Memorial University COVID-19 information at the university's COVID-19 Information Hub.

If you are having difficulty coping or are feeling anxious, visit Bridge the Gapp.

To speak with a trained mental health peer supporter, call the provincial CHANNAL Warmline at 1-855-753-2560, 9-12 a.m. daily.

For a mental health crisis, call 1-888-737-4668, 24 hours a day.

These and many other mental health and wellness resources, and information on local restrictions, pandemic updates and vaccines, can be found at the NL Government's website.

Remember, this is a trying time for all of us, so reach out if you need some support.

We'll all get through this together.
