Update to Exchange environment - Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m.

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will be implementing an update to Memorial’s Exchange email environment. This change is expected to be largely non-disruptive to end users, but some people may experience intermittent outages while the upgrade is in progress. 

During the scheduled change, users who have Outlook client open may briefly see an Autodiscover dialog box.

If prompted by Autodiscover, users are advised to click “Allow”. 

If a username and password prompt appears, users should not enter their credentials. Instead, they are encouraged to close Outlook and restart the application.
