Dr. Delores Mullings appointed vice-provost (equity, diversity, and inclusion)
The School of Social Work is excited to congratulate Dr. Delores Mullings on her appointment as Memorial's first vice-provost (equity, diversity, and inclusion) effective August 27, 2021.
Approved by the Board of Regents, the successful fulfillment of the new role of vice-provost (equity, diversity, and inclusion) makes a vital and unprecedented statement that Memorial University is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion for students, academic staff members and staff.
Dr. Mullings is a former chair in teaching and learning and former interim associate dean of undergraduate programs at the school.
Dr. Mullings brings much knowledge and various scholarly and administrative experiences to this new role, which has been created to actualize equity and excellence throughout Memorial University.
