Congratulations to our new Dean, Dr Ian Sutherland, who won the Outstanding Article of the Year Award from the Academy of Management Learning and Education.

The article is entitled "Aesthetics of Power: Why teaching about power is easier than learning for power, and what business schools can do about it", and Ian's collaborators on the article were Jonathan Gosling and Jasna Jelinek.

The Academy of Management Learning and Education is one of the most influential management and educational research journals.
