Why can't I login to the admissions portal?
There may be a cache issue with your browser which may be preventing you from successfully logging into the portal. The easiest way to bypass this error is opening a "private browsing window". This should allow you to open the webpage without using a previous cached version.
Why do I keep having issues when I try to sign in?
It is important that you sign out of your account. In the upper right corner of the My Account screen your will see your username, click on it and select Sign Out. Otherwise, your account will time out which creates some of the issues.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In screen, just below the password box click on Forgot your password? You will be prompted to input your email address to have a reset email sent.
I didn't receive an email when I requested to reset my password.

Once you've opened a private window, proceed to the "Forgot Password" page, enter your email and click "Send email".

How do I create an account?
Start your application process by creating an account with Memorial University. Provide the required personal information as indicated by an * on the form and then click Create Account.
How do I know my entry term?
Your entry term is the year you plan to start at Memorial University plus the semester. The winter semester begins in January, the spring semester begins in May and the fall semester begins in September. Therefore, if you plan to start at Memorial in September 2022 your entry term would be "2022 Fall (September)".
If applying to undergraduate medicine, the entry term is the following fall. For example, if you are completing your application in August 2022, your entry term would be "2023 Medicine".
How do I begin the application process?
Before you start an application, ensure you have clicked the activation link in the account creation confirmation email.
From the My Account screen, click "Create a New Application" in the "My Applications" section.
