For some topics, outside resource people are invited to lead the discussion. Past topics have included: dealing with doctors; fats; glycemic index; evaluating biomedical research; memory; gut bacteria; insomnia; incontinence; sex; sleep; dying; vision; Parkinson's disease; arthritis; travel insurance; hearing loss;  music and aging; vegetarian diets; and meditation. Newcomers are always welcome to join, without any ongoing commitment.
