I need help with my application for Memorial

The application portal, or apply.mun.ca page was created in 2020. If you have not applied for admission to Memorial University since that time, you may not have an account on the portal and will have to create one.

If you are not sure what email address you used to create your account at apply.mun.ca, you can try to log in using the email address you think it is. If there is any problem with that email address, you will get one of the below errors:

  • There is no such account.

In this case, if you cannot find an email address that you own and that allows you to log in, or does not give you any of the below error messages, you should create a new account.

  • The account is locked or disabled.

 

As explained in the error message, you should contact the service desk through one of the three ways offered: email help@mun.ca; call 709-864-4595 or start a live chat at https://www.mun.ca/cio/support.

The account and password do not match and need to be reset. This means you have the correct email address you used to set up your application account but not the correct password. You can go to the Forgot Password page to have a reset password link sent to your email.
