MUN Botanical Garden has a wide range of programs and events available. Where noted, pre-registration is required for some programs.

  • Summer Camps camp
    Offered every week over the summer holidays, our very popular summer camps are suitable for children who have completed grades K-6, and who love to spend time enjoying the outdoors.




  • Toddler Programs ducks
    Our Parent & Tot programs now include Nature Tots, ideal for ages 1-5, and Little Explorers, ideal for ages 2-7. Offered in the Spring and Fall these programs help you enjoy nature with your little one!




  • Workshops Rhodies
    Looking to turn your thumb green?  We offer a variety of workshops, talks, and walks for gardeners, nature lovers, and DIYers.

Gardens of South-East England Spring Tour

Gardens of Southeast England Spring Tour, April 27-May 6, 2023

Join renowned horticulturists Todd Boland and Tim Walsh as they lead you through seven of the most beautiful gardens in South-East England on this week-long tour. Included, you will also tour a palace – Henry VIII’s Hampton Court – with its own 60 acres of cultivated gardens. Home base will be Memorial University’s Harlow Campus, just 30 minutes outside London, providing a wonderful opportunity to experience this little piece of Newfoundland & Labrador abroad.

Travel Dates: April 27 & May 6 (Participants are responsible for booking their own travel.)
Tour Dates: April 29 – May 5
Tour Fee per person: $3950 CDN single occupancy; $3600 CDN double occupancy (HST incl.)
Deposit of $500 CDN required at registration. Balance due no later than March 27, 2023.

Refund policy: The $500 deposit is refundable, less 15% administration fee, until March 27, 2023. After this date any fees paid are non-refundable.

Note: This is a walking tour of botanical gardens. Participants must be sufficiently fit to manage seven days straight of all-day physical activity.

Tour Fee Includes:
8 nights’ accommodations at Memorial University’s Harlow Campus
Breakfast and Supper daily
Garden admissions
Tour Guide fees
Coach transportation throughout tour

Not included:
Transportation between your point of departure and Harlow; lunches; items of a personal nature, including insurance, alcoholic beverages, etc.
