Small Enterprise Co-operative Placement Assistance Program (SECPAP):

Important note: funding is for Newfoundland and Labrador employers only

We are now accepting applications for the Spring 2026 Semester. Fudning is dispersed on a first come, first served process. 

The applications will be processed until all funds are allocated for the semester. Employers seeking SECPAP are encouraged to apply for the program as soon as they know they would like to hire for the semester as the fund is competitive.

Reimbursement deadlines:  January 14, 2026 (Fall 2025, claims)
