Small Enterprise Co-operative Placement Assistance Program (SECPAP):

Important note: funding is for Newfoundland and Labrador employers only

Spring 2025 SECPAP Claims are due September 12, 2025. Claims received after this date will not be processed.

Applications for the Winter 2026 semester will open on September 1st.  

The applications will be processed until all funds are allocated for the semester. Employers seeking SECPAP are encouraged to apply for the program as soon as they know they would like to hire for the semester as the fund is competitive.

Reimbursement deadlines:  September 12, 2025 (Spring 2025, claims)
