Join us for a demonstration by members of the Newfoundland Horticultural Societ Floral Design Group. This workshop will show you how to create a floral table centrepiece and includes topics such as:

-Where to buy flowers and materials and what to look for for best results

-Prepping and conditioning of your materials as well as tips for the longevity of your flowers

-Types of vessels to use and varying design mechanics (including Oasis)

-What types of flowers and greenery you can use even from your own garden

-Instructions with demonstration on creating a basic floral centrepiece.

All materials supplied, but if possible please bring flower clippers (Secateurs) or scissors.
