Palaeoenvironment of Newfoundland's north the focus of new postdoctoral research
The department welcomes Dr. Paul Ledger who is currently investigating palaeoenvironmental impacts at two of Newfoundland’s most iconic archaeological sites.
Cross-appointed with the Department of Geography, Dr. Ledger is a specialist in palaeoenvironmental reconstruction and chronological modelling and will be undertaking postdoctoral research on the Dorset era remains at Port aux Choix, and the Norse occupation at L’Anse aux Meadows.
