Research - Experimental Photonics

We study optical science and technology on the time scale of femtoseconds and the length scale of nanometers and their interdisciplinary research. The primary techniques include wavelength-tunable femtosecond lasers and a near-field scanning optical microscope, which provide time and length resolutions at ultrafast and nano-scales, respectively.
