Small Enterprise Co-operative Placement Assistance Program (SECPAP):

Applications for the Winter 2026 semester opened on September 1st. 

We are now accepting applications for the Winter 2026 Semester waitlist as a result of the 2025/2026 SECPAP funds being fully allocated.

The applications will be processed until all funds are allocated for the semester. Employers seeking SECPAP are encouraged to apply for the program as soon as they know they would like to hire for the semester as the fund is competitive.

Reimbursement deadlines:  January 14, 2026 (Fall 2025, claims)
