For Newfoundlanders with ARVC (arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy), death is often the first symptom. However, there is hope. Researchers in Newfoundland have discovered the gene responsible for this genetic heart condition and doctors are already performing life-saving interventions to those with this deadly condition. 
Join the researchers responsible for this gene discovery, and the clinicians responsible for delivering life-saving interventions to those affected by this devastating disease, as they announce the details of this important discovery.
