Students and alumni invited to the Career and Graduate School Fair on Sept. 24

Sep 23rd, 2025

Memorial University and College of the North Atlantic (CNA) are again teaming up to host the 26th annual Career and Graduate School Fair.

Employers, organizations, government agencies and post-secondary institutions will be at the Field House on Memorial University’s St. John’s campus on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. More than 110 local, national and international exhibitors will be in attendance. You can see the full list here.

Admission is free and attendees are reminded that they are required to show ID at the door.

Students and alumni are invited to network with organizations and industry leaders, who can, in turn, recruit attendees from two of the province’s public post-secondary institutions.

CNA and Memorial University have collaborated on the initiative since 2017 to offer a comprehensive career and graduate school event for students and alumni to provide them a direct connection with exhibitors to discuss their employment and education needs or help with career direction.

Jeff Martin, director of student experience at CNA, says the Career and Graduate Fair is an event students will not want to miss.

“This is your chance to meet employers face-to-face, ask questions and discover where your skills can take you," he said. "Whether you are exploring graduate studies or ready to launch your career, the fair puts opportunities, advice and connections right at your fingertips. It’s an incredible way to build confidence, grow your network and take real steps toward your future. We're thrilled to be part of this annual event with Memorial once again and eager to hear the success stories that emerge from it.”

Dr. Jennifer Browne, director of Student Life at Memorial, says the fair is a great opportunity for students and alumni of all disciplines to network and make valuable career connections with employers and professional schools.

“There are opportunities for students across all programs to explore," said Dr. Browne. "Exhibitors are eager to connect about new graduate positions, summer jobs, co-op placements and graduate programs. I encourage students and alumni to take advantage of this chance to meet with recruiters on campus and invest in their future.”
