Speaking of Aging tour
CIHR Institute of Aging visits Memorial University
St. John’s, N.L. (Sept. 4, 2012) – In collaboration with Memorial University, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research - Institute of Aging is hosting a town hall to seek input from people in Newfoundland and Labrador. This is the first of 16 stops across Canada which will help frame Canadian research priorities in aging for the next five years.
Seniors are the fastest-growing age group in Canada, and this dramatic demographic shift has profound consequences for individuals, communities and government.  The town hall is open to all involved in the study of aging, as well as anyone with a personal or professional interest in aging.
