Every year, the School of Graduate Studies hosts workshops for graduate officers, administrative staff, and faculty involved in the administration and supervision of graduate students. Please see below for a list of upcoming workshops for 2022-23.
New Graduate Officer Orientation
This session is intended for new graduate officers and will cover common responsibilities including admissions, registration, graduate student progress, research exams, and funding, as well as regulations and policies that govern graduate programs.

Managing Your Fellowships Budget
This session is intended for graduate officers and administrative staff and will cover the fundamentals of baseline fellowships allocations and management.

Foreign Credential Evaluations
This workshop will provide an overview and opportunity for practice in reviewing and assessing non-Canadian transcripts and records.

Using OnBase for Graduate Admissions
This tutorial is intended for new (or relatively new) users of OnBase and will cover key functionality in workflow and custom queries for graduate admissions.
