Facilities Management at St. John’s campus provides a wide range of services to the university community. Services provided to units that are considered above normal (base-funded) service levels or for recoverable areas are charged to the requesting unit on a cost recovery basis. Current labour rates (as of Oct. 1, 2025) are as follows:
