Regular Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Outside of regular working hours, weekends, and holidays if the issue is not urgent, please call during regular working hours. If the issue is urgent, call 709-864-7600. You will reach staff at the Utilities Annex who will dispatch after-hours staff if required.

Facilities Management Work Control Centre will not accept student housing-related calls during regular working hours.
