Global Citizen Inc. is a registered non-profit supporting newcomers in Newfoundland and Labrador to settle, integrate, and thrive, guided by lived experience. Led by volunteers who were once newcomers, our programs build mentorship, cultural exchange, and community connection. We celebrate newcomers’ strengths to promote belonging, economic empowerment, and social cohesion through strong local and national partnerships. Our vision is an inclusive province where newcomers and long-time residents grow together with dignity and opportunity for all.

Typical Volunteer Duties:

- Community engagement

- Event planning

- Promotion and logistics support  

- Some light administrative tasks  

- Social media support and content creation  

Commitment: Twice a week.
