MUN SKY Campus Happiness

MUN SKY Campus Happiness is a breathwork & meditation club committed to promoting well-being through evidence-based practices and social connection. Our activities equip students with practical tools to manage stress, increase focus, and cultivate a positive mindset.  It's one of the coolest places to connect with yourself, make awesome friends, and, most importantly, have fun!                                                                  

The SKY Breath meditation is a unique breathwork technique that uses rhythmic breathing to manage the mind & emotions. It has been researched in over 100+ peer-reviewed studies globally and has been offered to thousands of students across 145+ campuses in North America including Harvard, Stanford, Purdue, University of Toronto, UWaterloo, Yale & more.

Volunteer Duties:

  • Fundraising
  • Planning events and set-up
  • Spreading the word about our SKY Happiness Retreats on campus 
  • Tabelling and more!

Commitment: A few hours per month.
