Accident Incident Reporting - Students

If injured while attending Memorial University or during a university sanctioned event:

• If required, seek medical attention or call emergency contact numbers applicable for your area.
• Report your injury to your supervisor (if applicable), the event coordinator or to Environmental Health and Safety as soon as possible.
• Assist in completion of the Accident Incident Report if possible.
• Cooperate during the investigation.
