Accident/Incident Reporting

If an employee suffers an injury while at work:

• Seek medical attention or call emergency contact numbers applicable for your area.
• Report your injury to your supervisor immediately.
• Assist in completion of the accident incident report when possible.
• Cooperate during the investigation.
• If you suffer an injury while at work, complete and submit the WorkplaceNL Form 6 - Worker's Report of Injury (if you are an employee that is covered by Workers Compensation).
