She teaches courses in phenomenology, political philosophy, moral philosophy, Hegel, philosophy and art, and feminism, with special emphasis on the history of philosophy. This past year’s host of philoSOPHIA: Society for Continental Feminism, she has also recently served as President of the Canadian Society for Continental Philosophy. She has a delightful young son and occasionally sings in an avant-garde country music band.
