Anik, originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, is currently completing his bachelor of engineering degree, with a major in civil engineering. He chose to study in Canada because a Canadian education is highly regarded and the quality is top notch. In particular he chose Memorial’s Engineering program because of its five mandatory four-month long work terms, the exposure they give you to the engineering industry, and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing cutting edge research that is happening in the faculty.
