AARMS CRG Adv in Stats Modeling of Fisheries Data

This is the home page of Collaborative Research Group funded by Atlantic Associatio of Research in the Mathematical Sciences (AARMS) titled "Advances in Statistical Modeling of Fisheries Data".

Fisheries and aquaculture play a significant role in the Canadian economy, especially in the Atlantic Provinces.  There is a high demand for managing and conserving marine resources and the statistical factors on different species of the fishery population.  This two year CRG project aims at conducting collaborative research in advanced statistical modeling of the fisheries data by a group of ststisticians and fisheries scientistis from the Atlantic Provinces with international experts.
