- Complete the Visiting Grad Application for Admission.
- Obtain a letter from your home institution verifying graduate student status.
- Obtain a support letter from the host faculty member at MUN.
- Have the host faculty member submit a Program of Study form.
- All Visiting Graduate Students are required to register for GRAD 9900 through a Course Change form upon arrival, and for every semester they are at Memorial.
For information regarding fees and health insurance, please visit the School of Graduate Studies, Visiting Graduate Students Page. New VGS must also complete Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention (SVM 0204), a required non-credit course. Visit the first-year information page for instructions on how to access the course.
