Congratulations to 3MT participants!

Nov 21st, 2023

The department of Biology was well-represented today by four graduate students at this year's Faculty-level Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition. This event, centered around communicating of complex and nuanced research projects in an accessible manner, is part of a larger national competition with graduate student competitors from dozens of universities across Canada.

Biology is commending the outstanding performance of our students who showcased their work at this year’s Faculty-level 3-minute thesis (3MT) competition. We are excited that Biology has now won FoS competition two years in a row. Yvonne He was selected as the winner and will go on to compete in the University-wide competition very soon!
