On Monday, March 6, we are launching a university-wide mental health and wellness challenge. “Mindful MUN” is a campaign to encourage the use of two free online mental health support programs we’re introducing to the university community.
You can participate in two ways.

Green Mindfulness is a weekly drop-in group which uses gardening and plants to create a space for students to socialize, meet people, relax and develop introductory mindfulness skills.
