International Baccalaureate transfer credit chart

International Baccalaureate (IB) course-based transfer credit will be granted to applicants completing higher level (HL) and standard level (SL) subjects with the minimum grades outlined below. To qualify for transfer credit, applicants must ensure that an official transcript is sent to Memorial University directly from the International Baccalaureate Organization. For further information, contact transfer.credit@mun.ca.

Please note that this chart is not intended to outline the grade requirements for general admission to Memorial University. For information on admission requirements and document submission, please refer to the Canadian or international requirements that address your high school curriculum.

Where equivalencies for both St. John's and Grenfell Campuses are listed, students will only receive the credit(s) for the campus they are attending.
