Welcome to Development and Renewal. Our primary function is to provide the university with design and construction management services relying on in-house staff and outside consultants.

We act as planners, designers and project managers and are the liaison between building contractors and university employees. All improvements and renovations to campus buildings are handled through this office.

Construction Management Services
The Development and Renewal section is responsible for the administration and management of a wide variety of contracts including new building construction, building additions and renovations as well as property and facilities upgrade.

Architectural and Engineering Services
Our Facilities Engineering and Development section carries out in-house project and design services relating to mechanical, electrical, civil, HVAC controls, interior design and space planning. External consultants are also retained to provide assistance and support.
