Paper Recycling

In most public and common spaces, paper products are collected for recycling in multi-stream bins. Offices and administrative areas have blue bins for paper collection. Important: Paper placed in these bins is not shredded. Confidential material should be shredded (see below).

Types of paper collected include:

  • Office paper
  • Magazines
  • Posters & Flyers
  • Newspaper
  • Books, note pads
  • Boxboard (microwave dinner boxes, cereal boxes, etc.)
  • Paper bags

    Note
: Paper towel and napkins are not accepted in paper recycling bins. Place them in garbage bins.
