We all play a role in shifting from a culture of complainant blaming, to a culture of shared responsibility. Check out these five concrete ways you can be a part of this shift in your daily activities:

Educate yourself on myths and facts about sexual harassment and sexual assault

Call out others for telling a sexist joke

Report any concerns to the Sexual Harassment Advisor

Remove an inappropriate poster in any common area

Use gender neutral language
